Alo, Vincent "Jimmy Blue Eyes" (1904 - 2001)

Alo partnered with Meyer Lansky in establishing casino operations in Cuba and Florida. “Lucky” Luciano introduced Alo to Lasky. Born in East Harlem, he became a "made man" in 1926 and rose within the Genovese crime family to become a high-ranking boss. In 1970, Alo was finally brought to justice by Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau. Characters in the movies American Hustle and Godfather Part II are based on Alo.
